Bookings and Payments

A date or project is not reserved until the requirements stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement have been completed, which may include signing an agreement and paying a retainer or deposit. Payment schedules, accepted methods, late fees, expenses, and refund terms are governed by the applicable written agreement or invoice.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, weather, venue changes, illness, force majeure, and related fees or credits are governed by the applicable service agreement. We recommend notifying us as soon as possible when plans change.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate project information, timely decisions, safe access to locations, and reasonable cooperation. Clients are responsible for obtaining permissions required from venues, property owners, participants, performers, and guardians of minors unless a written agreement assigns that responsibility to thyme productions.

Production, Delivery, and Revisions

Coverage time, creative approach, shot priorities, deliverables, editing style, delivery method, turnaround time, archive period, and included revisions will be described in the applicable service agreement. Examples in our portfolio illustrate our style but do not guarantee identical results. Final results can be affected by weather, lighting, location restrictions, schedules, participant cooperation, and other conditions outside our control.

Drone Operations

Drone coverage is subject to pilot judgment, weather, safety, airspace restrictions, venue rules, permits, equipment availability, and applicable federal, state, and local law. Drone operation or specific aerial shots are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement, and a pilot may decline or discontinue a flight when conditions are unsafe or unlawful.

Copyright and Usage Rights

The website, logo, text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, designs, and other website content are owned by or licensed to thyme productions and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not copy, modify, reproduce, publish, sell, or distribute its content without written permission.
